Making Disciples and Equipping for ministry are not the same thing. We believe everyone is called to be a disciples and should be making disciples. Discipleship entails mentoring, teaching, prayer, worship, journaling, and many other aspects.
Equipping is being trained to minister to a lost a dying world. We are called to be ministers of reconciliation. We are also priests to minister to our God, but we need to be trained and equipped. While we teach the word, prayer and worship, part of equipping means yielding to the Holy Spirit and being led by Him.

Word, Spirit and Power
We believe that making disciples has many parts and means many areas of involvement. Christian education for leaders is no small task, especially in a developing country.
But, knowing the word alone is useless without wisdom and revelation from above. (Ephesians 1:17-18) Everything we do is birthed out of much prayer and we do nothing without the Holy Spirit’s leading.
So, we also help to train disciples and leaders in prayer and hearing the Word. Hearing the voice of God is the lifeline of every believer and for leaders in the nations to be most effective they need to be intimate with the Spirit.
Finally we want each leader/disciple to be vessels where the power of God can flow and miracles, signs and wonders will flow.
